  • Throughout this policy, “Foodies” refers to users engaging with Fudicious for delightful dishes.
Order Cancellation:
  • Orders on Fudicious cannot be canceled once placed. This policy aims to respect the valuable time and effort invested by our dedicated Foodpreneurs and prevent unnecessary food wastage.
Refund Eligibility:
  • Foodies are entitled to a refund under extreme circumstances, including receiving items different from the order or encountering quality concerns with the food.
Refund Process:
  • Foodies are encouraged to provide detailed evidence, such as images, showcasing the order’s condition and initiate the refund process by contacting Fudicious Support at support@fudicious.in. Our team conducts a thorough investigation within 7 working days for a fair resolution.

Order Rejection:
  • In the event that the kitchen rejects an order, food enthusiasts are eligible for a refund. While such occurrences are infrequent, our refund policy ensures customer satisfaction in such instances.

Timely Deliveries:
  • Fudicious relies on third party delivery partners. While striving for timeliness, Fudicious is not liable for delays as the unforeseen factors may cause delays, and we appreciate your understanding of circumstances beyond our direct control.
